I am in charge of making 50 HOLIDAY gift bags for my HOLIDAY party for kids ages 1-11 and I’m not sure what to put in them. I get a budget of and that has to include the bag I put them in. I was thinking just a brown paper bag and decorating it with a snowflake stamp and ribbon. But what do I put in it?? Please help!! Thank you
